SMART Clock Hour is our original school management software product. This application is in use in over 300 schools and in nearly every state.  Below is a list of some of the features you will find in this application.

Contact Manager/Prospects/Admissions

  • Assigns Unique Prospect Number automatically.
  • Queries for appointments start dates and follow-up.
  • Converts prospects to students.
  • Processes financial aid, create award letter, post payments to ledger.
  • Prospective students, via ISIR imports are automatically identified.

Student Enrollment

  • Provides Unique Permit Number, SSN and Attendance ID.
  • Imports attendance from our SMART Time program automatically.
  • Monitors SAP and AMA (Average Monthly Attendance).
  • Reviews projected graduation date and calculates over contract penalty charges.

Attendance

  •  Provides data for Active Students Only.
  • Validates that attendance date is after student start date.
  • Tracks attendees by single monthly record or by multiple daily records.
  • Processes average monthly attendance, projected graduation date and over contract.
  • Loads attendance records automatically.

Alumni & Placement Capabilities

  • Tracks alumni licensure and employment data.
  • Creates outcomes assessment reports.
  • Maintains listings of graduates and employers.

Ledger

  • Provides data for Open Accounts Only.
  • Enters multiple or single ledger transactions.
  • Alerts against possible disbursement problems
  • Prevents disbursement of federal funds if student is not eligible.
  • Allows professional judgment to override disbursement restriction.

Reports

  • Generates reports for all students, alumni and prospect records.
  • Queries reports for subset of students, alumni and prospect records.
  • Tracks multiple students and prospect follow-up dates with tickler report.
  • Prints reports or can be saved to disk.
  • Creates mailing labels for virtually any group.
  • Customizes attendance reports to meet state requirements.
