SMARTs Technical Support team is made up of professionals with
extensive knowledge of computer operations as well as an understanding of the
processing of Federal financial aid and postsecondary school
industry. Our goal is to assist you in maintaining your software to ensure
that there are no interruptions in your daily operations or in the processing
of your Federal financial aid. Our familiarity with SMART's software and
computer operations enables us to identify and assist quickly with any
issues that you might encounter.
Our staff is comprimised almost entirely of former school employees. From Financial Aid Trainers to IT Managers, they have a core set of skills that will help you solve your issues.
